What we’re talking about here is not something we’ll likely talk a lot about, which is why the current priority level is what it is. What we’re talking about here is tone, in particular how a wrong answer option could be toned wrong.
There are blurbs that are clearly positively toned. For such a blurb, a reason a wrong answer could be wrong is because it has a negative tone. We can certainly flip things and acknowledging how a positively toned answer option would be wrong if the blurb is clearly negatively toned.
In this case, if we thought a blurb was neutral(which is quite common), a potential wrong answer could be one that is toned a bit too positively or too negatively.
